Stormwatch is truly the new Authority. The way they deal with the three North Korean superhumans is very reminiscent of what The Authority would’ve done. Although I will say I liked the three North Korean villains and would have liked to have seen more stories with them.
And the conclusion of the Dane back-up story was cool too. I love how they’re tying everything all together between the titles.

Great issue, loved how the North Korean situation was dealt with and I really didn’t see the ending coming

Are the PHD original members, Officer Doran, Black Betty, etc., in this, or is it just Stormwatch?

It so far surrounds the Prime team, Paris from PHD appears in Wildcats #3, but I hope we see the PHD folks pop-up down the road

I'm sure we will. It's acutally kind of cool that they're doing it this way. It's not like the P.H.D. team would automatically join together after all this mess. It makes more sense that Prime did it that way. I know Stormwatch P.H.D. Armageddon showed what happened to each of the members, but it's cool to see (like Paris in Wildcats #3) that they're still involved storywise.

True, but I think not all the PHD fates are what actually happened, I think Doran is alive, but I hope Shaw and Gorgeous ended up together, that was a great scene, and I do really hope we get to see Black Betty again, she was my favorite character of the bunch

What about the other members of Stormwatch? There's Malcom, Blademaster, Diva and Cannon? Any word abouts them?

Nothing yet, but there are several members who are "M.I.A." but with only two issues in, it's still hard to see which ones are actually missing or just haven't had any 'screen time' yet.

Glad to see the quality of this title hasn't dropped during it's time off, though I do kind of miss the original set-up and team as it made it more distinctive than the other Wildstorm titles.
