Wait and see if it's solicited next month.

Then panic.

Moon Knight's got three alternate personae and ties to an ancient Egyptian deity. Death may have very little effect on his modus operandi.

And the way it's being solicited, it smacks of intentional misdirection... maybe they'll be nice and kill Bullseye instead?

They won't kill Bullseye. He's everywhere these days

Moon Knight has died at least twice. It's no huge thing for him, if in fact he does end up dying.

Though I can easily imagine him just fooling them into thinking they killed him just so he can get them off their backs.

Still, I find it a big odd that Bullseye is considered the "big gun" of the team. Frankly, he's one of the few TBolts that I don't think MK is outmatched against.

Seriously. Bullseye is no Deadshot. Virtually every time he's encountered a superhuman, he's been trounced.

I wouldn't say that. The only ass kicking I remember him taking unrequited was that damned thing with American Eagle, and if he wasn't a D-list character he'd probably get what should be coming to him.

Bullseye isn't the most powerful, but he is the most skilled. He's the big gun because you can wheel him out to fight just about anyone. I for one am completely excited by the solicit, and even a little shocked that they're using Bulls for a hardcore fight to the wire against two title characters in pretty quick succession. I guess now we'll see how MK compares to DD.

Bullseye's fought Captain America and Spider-Man. Both handled him easily. I can't remember off hand, but I think Crossbones held his own too. Deadpool's stalemated and beaten Bullseye in the past as well.

He's skilled sure, but he's not great at overcoming foes with equal or superior advantages. He's only a 'big gun' because he's got technology cloaking him now and no one knows that he's actually on the team. Take those away, and he's not an overwhelming threat compared to other members.

In Streets of Poison, the fight was interrupted before they could get in close, but he actually had the advantage, stabbing Cap in the leg. I don't remember them fighting any other time. He kicked Gambit's ass. I haven't seen him fight Spider-Man before but all signs point to him holding his own tomorrow, even though Spidey knows he's on the team. Like I said he's the weakest on the team by far, but he's just as dangerous to any street level character short of Cage, maybe even more than Chen and Songbird because of his bloodlust.

An all out brawl between Marc and Bullseye will be awesome, but I have to agree, Moon Knight should always win this fight. I was also really hoping that Moony and Norman Osborn would try to out-crazy each other.

If Spideys powers are working okay, then honestly I don't see why Bullseye would be that much of a threat to him.

Bullseye's big ace in the whole is throwing stuff at people, and being able to sneak up on them. Spideys spider senses and superhuman speed should be able to compensate for that. Written well, Spidey should be able to deal with Bullseye in a fraction of the time it took American eagle to do it. But we'll see.

MK versus Bullseye is a closer fight. I'd imagine it would parallel the many fights Bullseye has had with Daredevil.

Yeah, if it was not for some foreshadowing interviews the only way Bullseye might win would be to blind Moon Knight with his pearly whites.

.

Probably Ellis' only misstep during his run on Thunderbolts was that American Eagle/Bullseye beatdown.
