Need help on Pre-ordering

I was listening to a podcast yesterday where they just went through a book containing previews for upcoming comics and toys.

I was wondering where you get this book and how often does it come out?

What is the difference between a preview and a solicitation?

I was looking at Discount Comic Book Service website and when you look at the comics they say they are for November. Are the previews for the current month always for comics coming out two months in the future?

All this information comes from the Previews magazine that Diamond, the only real comic distributor, releases every month to retailers. You ought to be able to find a copy at any comic store. All the information contained is for the comics coming out two months from when the magazine is released.
