Green Lantern Experts Needed....

I've been collecting Green Lantern since issue 29 and it's currently my favorite title by far. I'm thinking of trying to collect from issue 28 down to issue 1 (or the reverse of that 1-28) but am curious about with what issue each story arc in Green Lantern begins.

So, if I choose to go from 28 down to 1, I can try and get them a story arc at a time.

Can any GL expert let me know where each story arc begins and if there are any 'crossover' arcs to where I would need to get another comic to understand the entire story line?

Going from memory and the Grand Comics Database:
Green Lantern 1-6
Green Lantern 7-9
Green Lantern 10-17 (I think)
Green Lantern 18-20
Green Lantern 21-25 (Sinestro Corps War)
Green Lantern 26-28

You shouldn't have to buy any crossovers except for the Sinestro Corps War; for that, you'll need Green Lantern Corps 14-19. There were a few other tie-ins, but they aren't essential to the story (Green Lantern/Sinestro Corps Secret Files, some one-shots on Parallax, Superboy Prime, Ion, and Cyborg Superman, an issue of Blue Beetle).

Also, you should probably get Green Lantern: Rebirth. The current Green Lantern series comes right off of that mini.

I would have thought it's easiest just check out the published trades for this. I'm about to dive into both GL and GL Corps myself, and believe what I need to pick up is (in order):
