Lightning Lad's Top Speed

DCDatabase says he can run one third the speed of light. Exactly what issue did he do this in? Anyone know?

He doesn't have super-speed, he only shoots lightning.

Yea he is capable of directing his power inward, to increase his speed. I have a bunch of Legion comics but cant seem to quite find this particular issue.

I vaguely remember Chemical King doing something like that....But never Lightning Lad.

Hmmm...It said in recent versions....It would have to be the Threeboot version, though my guess is that it was something exhibited by the "Jarth" version of the character. The Garth Ranzz in Jan Arrah's body that appeared in DnA's run. I don't remember him ever doing it, but those are the versions I'd check.
