I've got issues 1-12 of Kiss: Psycho Circus that started in 1997. Does anyone know with what issue this title ended?

I've seen issue 31 for sale but I'm not sure if this was the last issue of the title...anyone know if it ended with an "ending" or if it just stopped?

The series ran 31 issues. I honestly have no idea if it ended mid-story or not though.
