I was flipping through Wizard recently and as I was going over their article about "Legion Of Three Worlds" and how much impact the Legion had on Superman and vice versa and I thought, what about Batman?
I'm not a LOSH fan, I don't know jack about them or their future and it seems like every few years the whole thing gets a reboot anyway and I'm just curious. Is the whole 31st century one big tribute to Superman? Has anyone been inspired by Batman or is he just shuffled off to the side as "that guy from Gotham?"

One Legion story ("Who Shot Laurel Kent?") dealt with multiple descendants of the Justice League who lived in the 30th century, including a descendant of Batman who was--prepare for a shock--a private eye.

It's pretty much mostly Superman influenced. The other 21st century heroes are remembered, but none are as revered as Superman is. During the DnA era there was even a non-religion religion based on Superman called "The Spirit of the Last Son."
Batman did have two known descendants during the original Legion era, though. Community activist James Gordon-Wayne, who was also related to James Gordon, and, like Calybos stated, an unnamed private detective who was killed by Professor Ivo.
If any member of the Legion is analogous to Batman, I think it would have to be original Legion Chameleon Boy. He was a very highly respected detective, even amongst the ranks of the Science Police.

There are a few other Batman-Legion links.
During Shooter's original 60s run the Legion was hunted by the government and hid in the Batcave. As noted a 30th Century decendent of Batman showed up as a private eye. Also in the 80s there was a one-penel shot of a nut case dressed as Batman trying to scale a building. And of course they met the man himself in JLA and in Brave and the Bold.
That all being said, no, I can't remember anyone ever being inspired by Batman. The Legion started as Superman supporting characters so that's the direction they always looked in.

In the 5 year later storyline- There was one issue where Matter Eater lad did a "Giraldo" like tv show from an archeological excavation of the Bat Cave. (Tenzil claimed that the Giant Penny was proof of the Giant Presidents that once roamed the lands)
In another, a Science Police was doing an investigation, and the Dominator who was spying on her said something to the effect of "Let her complete the investigation, she will be known as the greatest detective since Wayne."
So Batman may not be remembered, but Bruce Wayne will be...
