I had thought the recently ended CATWOMAN title never really portrayed her with the figure that Jim Balent gave her in the 1990's.

It didn't. Not even with Adam Hughes drawing the covers. Jim Balent's Catwoman was just an artistic choice. Not like Power Girl, whose chest size is often a story element.

It is and I do. I just think Jim Balent draws terrible boobs. Also, until he came along Catwoman had been established in post-crisis DCU as not having huge boobs. If he was drawing Power Girl I wouldn't have complained.

that I agree with, Catwomans' actions prevent her from having big mammaries. She's a gymnast more or less, those things would get in her way, they can accentuate what little she should have, but there is no reason her abilities work with those throwing her balance out of whack.

While being gymnast would be impeded by large breasts, unless she's taking steroids or testosterone injections, it's unlikely her actions would actually "prevent" her from having big boobs.
