Question About How To Approach A Specific Publisher

So I've been in the middle of writing a comic series. I've gotten 13 issues done and this one publisher, Markosia Enterprises (http://www.markosia.com/), looks like a good place to publish. The only problem is that they have absolutely NO Submission Guidelines area. Believe me, I checked everywhere.

I've got two scripts and a bunch of nearly-complete pencilled pages in my arsenal. Should I go ahead and submit it in a way I deem appropriate, or bide my time, or go to another company with more clear guidelines?

have you tried contacting them to ask for a copy of the guidelines? (assuming they must have some even if they're not displaying them)

A few days ago. They haven't gotten back to me, but I've had it take months for companies to respond to even the simplest of questions, so I've just gotta wait, I guess.
