Yup believe it or not thats the name of a manga I just started reading.

The basic premise is that the Queen of the Devil's got sealed inside the junk of the main character.

He's gotta survive a whole month without self indulgence or the Queen gets out and the world goes splat.

So of course all the sexy devils start comming out of the woodwork to see if they can make you go.

Its an ecchi manga but not really graphic you see Some T&A but thats about it and generally hilarious.

i happened to stumble across it on bakaupdates and I had to check it out based on the name.

when i read the summary i had to check it out.

Too bad Ink. Sure the main girl is moe, but the rest of the girls arn't.

I pulled a recent chapter (19) out of the ether, and the girl in that was pretty moe. Some sort of zombie mummy girl, who made the guy accidentally swallow her bony fingertip and was massaging his prostate from the inside as a result (kinky, but also just over the line into too gross for me. Especially the necro angle). That girl was pretty moe, looking like she was about 12-14.

I like sexy, and I like naughty, and I'll even go with a little kinky, but I really don't enjoy feeling like a borderline pedo. That's what moe does to me.

I actually havn't read 19 yet.

but the main characters nympho girlfriend and the succubus that show up fairly often arn't what I would describe as moe.

The queen of the underworld also makes a few cameo's even while trapped in the junk and she's fairly well endowed too.

Argh! Sorry if I'm being all English teacher definition fascist here, but I have to be a stickler on something.

I don't think you understand the Japanese fandom term 'moe'. It is not automatically linked with wide eyed underage girls. That's just some marketing buzz or that a number of fans get all warm and fuzzy on underage characters. Moe doesn't even have to be sexual.

I point to a BBC documentary show called Japanorama. It points to the definition of moe in Japanese fandom to be something that invokes a loving feeling. Love, not sex. Though too often in our society the two are interchangeable.

I used to think of it in the simpler sexual and seemingly pedophile way it has been branded. We've already lost meaning to the Japanese terms in fandom like otaku and even manga. Seems like this one is losing meaning too.

There's a funny pin up in the back of a volume Genshiken. It's by Hellsing author Kouta Hirano. It's of geek Madarame. Hirano comments that Madarame is the most 'moe' character on the show. By this he didn't mean any sexual attraction. He used the term meaning that the character invoked the most emotion. Moe, it seems to me, is only as perverted a term as you make it yourself. It is a term not really emanating from the character, but from the audience's reaction to the character.

Then again, in a manga called My Balls, yeah, I'm guessing the characters do invoke sexual emotions.

(Oh and odd side note, the banner ad as I typed that was for Ultimate Hellsing vol 4. Ha.)

I just read it. It didn't really make me LOL, but it was a fun read. Way too much Loli in it.

Chapter 20 is my favorite. Only because Lady Emilie (or whatever her name is) is actually grown up and hot. :biggrin:
