She was part of Luthor's new Infinity Inc. I thought that Jade lost her powers like most of Luthor's Everymen . I think HaroldAllnut is right, it's a miscolored Argent ...

It feels weird to be able to name most if not all of them myself (which is a feat in itself given the depth of DC's history) but I loved seeing JG's depictions of all those characters so I'm looking forward to seeing them in a more involved capacity throughout the event.
