can dbz fanboys use filler in debates?

As far as Rumbles go, we generally state whether or not we're using the anime or manga in the Rumble.
I believe we generally ignore filler if it shows a low-end showing for the characters.

Example: Kuririn throwing a rock at a sleeping Super Sayain Goku and it actually hurting him.
