Hellblazer TP - the new Diggle collection
Invasion TP - I have the issues, but I think I want to get the collection. I enjoyed the main story (though the cross-over issues were mostly medicore). This also is a great lead in to the LEGION 89 series.
Iron Fist TP - another softcover volume of this great series!
Marvel Adventures Spidey Digest 10 - I get a lot of these digests. They are great!

No floppies this week!

WARNING: SPOILERS!!!!!

WARNING: SPOILERS!!!!!

Knights of the Dinner Table magazine #142 (Kenzer and Company) - Another great issue from Jolly and others. If you've been reading this regularly, you should appreciate how funny this issue was! :)

Army@Love, V.2, #2 (Vertigo/DC) - by Veitch, Erskine, Miller. This satiric comic of a new season is again, more of the same, but with this issue, I've noticed that the tone has become a bit more serious in the main story, not the funny thing happenning with Veitch. ;)

Galaxy Quest: Global Warning! #2 (IDW Publishing) - by Lobdell, Kyriazis. I know Lobdell can write better than this, as this issue only serves to confuse. The storyline is not very well put together and the 'Chapters' within the book are not necessary! *understated* Also, the pace of the book is off, making the semi-appealing art, nonsensical.

Secret Six #1 (DC) - by Simone, Scott, Hazelwood, Wright. Is this considered volume 2? Anyways, Gail returns to greatness! This was very enjoyable as Simone's ability to make interesting convo between characters comes to the forefront. She adds some of her wacky/fun ideas with a more sincere undertone and then tops it off with a wonderful ending. Gail knows how to write the Secret Six, we need more! ;)

Ms. Marvel Annual #1 (Marvel) - by Reed, Robinson, Irwin, Studio F's Antonio Fabola. This was an amazingly fun issue! The battle convo was hilarious! The art fit the story and pace of the fast issue. The only bad thing was the coloring. Horrible. It looked like everyone had gaundice. All yellowed and sick looking. A perfect book was marred by it's color.

Action Comics #866 (DC) - by Johns, Frank, Sibal, Anderson. Yes, this is a backissue. But I had not gotten it, I think, previously. Sometimes I forget which issues I've gotten. But in any case, this was another excellent starting issue to the Brainiac story.

Tank Girl: Visions of Booga #4 (IDW Publishing) - by Martin, Dayglo, Kronk. I didn't get some of the fighting moves, but the ones I did get were hilarious. The 'Raiders' end was very funny, as was the backup story. OMG! Old Tank Girl!! :D Thanks guys, this was an awesome series, I'd want some more Tank Girl, but this will suffice, for now!

Titans #4 (DC) - by Winnick, Benitez, Llamas w/ Nome, Delgado. I very much enjoyed this issue. The fast, action-packed issue was well written with great, fantastic art. The only art I didn't like was the last pic where Cyborg looked weak.

Time for me to play catch up here - this is what I got this week:

DC COMICS
Green Lantern #34, $2.99 - I know that I have said this a couple of times. I'm loving this arc but ready to get back to present day GL stories.
Nightwing #148 (Batman R.I.P.), $2.99
Titans #4, $2.99 - I am in the minority here but I have been enjoying this version of the book. Probably because I have no attachments to previous iterations of the team.

IMAGE COMICS
Savage Dragon #137, $2.99 - I am a SD completist so I'll be looking to get both covers.

MARVEL COMICS
Amazing Spider-Man #570 (Regular John Romita Jr Cover), $2.99 - Slott was born to write this book. First 2 parts have been great!
Invincible Iron Man #5 (Salvador Larroca cover), $2.99 - May finally be coming down off of my movie high as I wasn't really excited about this book after reading the last issue. Any chance we can get The Order back?
Ms Marvel Annual #1, $3.99 - Was looking forward to reading this until I saw the preview art online - not really my cup o' tea.
Venom Dark Origin #2 (of 5), $2.99
