Hey guys. I'm new to the board, but have been viewing the board for a while and decided to join.

I have a question about comic preservation. I have a lot of comics bagged and boarded and recently I bought some flat 12 quart plastic storage boxes at a local department store to protect my comics. There's lots of kids running around here, so I have to hide my comic collection under my bed, so that means my comics; bagged and boarded...are stacked in plastic containers. Not sitting upright, hidden from everyone to see.

Will stacking the comics, instead of placing them upright damage the comics in anyway? Thanks.

All my comics are stacked like that as well - actually think its safer as they are lying flat. Have not had a problem at all with mine

You may get more (and more useful) responses over on the Classic Comics board rather than here on the off-topic board (that's what Community is) because that's where most of the people who own the older stuff are.
