hey guys I dont mean to start a new thrad but has anyone recently purchased any thing from them and actually gotten it??I ordered now and then here and there but its been almost 3 weeks now and it still hasnt come....Did I just get scammed and should I cancel my credit card I or what?Thanks in advance for any advice!

Hi, chances are you were scammed. Usually it takes time to deliver goods but not to the extent of three weeks. If i were you, you should cancel your card because if there is breach in confidentiality, you will lose money.

yeah I was thinkinh og doing that but they finally responded!! they just told me they ran out of stock for the item...I ask for an excahnge but they havent replied back sens ethey suggested it so now I am gonna ask for a refund

I was thinking sometihng like that they said they canceled my order...the funyy thing is they didnt say if I would get a refund...I was thinking its implied but I asked anyway

Today I try to contact the support again.... and got in return a Failed Delivery Status Notification.

And their website doesn't work at all, I lost 30 bucks with this crapy site.

If anyone had the same "problems" with them, please let me know..

Or if you know good site to order animedvd, I was looking at Super Radical Gag Family DVD box japonese with englisg soft subs.

I actually manage to get a refund from them but it was after a messaging them time and time again when they finally gave me a refund after being such a hassle..

yes... I can't access thier website and got delivery status failed from my mail.

I don't really think their down a while but they closed and f**k everyone who have ordered something. :mad:

Hey im new here but i was in the same boat as the others. Incomplete orders from back in october, and no news from animeballz.com at all. i stumbled upon distortedanime.com through google, how i found this thread. here is what the site says:

Sadly not everyone has a mall that sells anime like suncoast or FYE....
