She Hulk along with the Lady Liberators taking on the Winter Gaurd? (Awesome!)

Hulk's supposed to be contending with a city full of Wendigos, but I could have sworn that he's slugging it out with a couple of Mighty Avengers on the cover. A rematch this soon with the Sentry?

Yeah, it all sounds promising though a little puzzling why Shulkie is getting involved with the Winter Guard again (is this supposed to tie-in with the Hulk?).

And the Hulk fighting the Sentry again so soon does seem a little strange, especially with the solicit making no mention of it. Maybe the covers got mixed up and it's really supposed to be for the next issue.
