Since Dazzler thinks it's a good idea. Post scenes from comics that are funny, even though they probably weren't intended to be.

How about the scene in Infinite Crisis where Alexander Luthor takes off his shirt and hits Superboy Prime in the face with his, er, cosmic energy?

A friend and I once dug out some of Larry Hama's old Batmans and spoke our own little private Joel/Mike & The Bots-style commentary throughout them.

I tried a MiSTing of Identity Crisis once. Couldn't even make it through the first issue.

Didn't Bree do a MiSTing of ASBaR? I'm going to go see if I can dig that up for this thread.

Yep! (http://forums.comicbookresources.com/showpost.php?p=2493200&postcount=210) Although Sean Whitmore actually made real ones after I posted this ...

In the Not-too-distant Future,
Next Wednesday A.D
was a woman we know as Bree,
Not too different from you or me.
She posts at CBR Institute,
Just another girl in a pink jumpsuit,
She did a good job reading at the place,
But the mods didn't like her so they mailed Miller to her pla-ace!

"We'll send her cheesey comics,
the worst we can find (la la la)
She'll have to read All-Star Batman
and we'll monitor her mind (la la la)
Now keep in mind Bree can't control
if the comics make any sense, (la la la)
but she'll survive because she made
some CBR robot friends...!

(Robot Roll Call)

Lurker!

Phoney Bone!

Guts/Batman!

Lubicheeeeeeevvv....!

You're wondering how her brain survives
reading nothing but Miller crap (la la la)
Just repeat to yourself, it's CBR,
so just relax as her mind snaps,
On All-Star B and R Three-thou-sand! *twaaannng!*

This is the unintentionally funny comic thread. I gotta believe Miller did that intentionally.

I actually think the sex scene with Black Canary is more unintentionally funny that the one with Dick in the car.

"We keep our clothes on. It's better that way."

Cir-El, the Supergirl from (roughly) in between Linda & Loeb's:

She died as she lived: irrelevantly.

"15 hours later, and Dick's face is on a milk carton already? That is some FRESH milk Supes is drinking."
"He's a farmer boy. He probably milked the cow himself."

Sadly, only the first (http://forums.comicbookresources.com/showthread.php?t=104881) three (http://forums.comicbookresources.com/showthread.php?t=108079) issues (http://forums.comicbookresources.com/showthread.php?t=120431) seemed to have been MiSTed. Oh well. Maybe he'll do more later.

I actually asked him about that awhile ago, and his response was something along the lines of after the "Out of my way, sperm bank!" line, he couldn't top what Frank was already writing!

Grazzt, you're fantastic. Simply fantastic.

I'll cull some unintentionally funny scenes soon, but only here to post on the run. ;)

This is how I read the quote at first, and it's sounds so much better than the real one.

Of course, the legend is the original Ace The Bat-Hound story. Y'see, Bruce Wayne finds a lost dog and has his picture in the paper posing with it --"Millionaire Finds Lost Dog!"-- because, y'know, it's not like they have anything ELSE to write about in Gotham City. But then Batman and Robin need to go on patrol and Ace keeps jumping into the Batmobile and he WON'T get out, so they end up taking him with them and Robin makes a little mask for the dog out of some odds and ends in the Bat-Glove Compartment. It turns out Ace is a terrific doggie crimefighter, but trouble erupts when during a fight Ace's mask falls off and all the crooks go, "Wait a minute! That's the dog who had his picture in the newspaper with Bruce Wayne! I did not recognize him before because he was wearing a mask!" and Batman has to come up with a scheme to protect the damn DOG's secret identity.

I mean, I'm sorry, I don't want to go all Doctor Phil here. But if your dog has a secret identity, you really need to re-examine your life. I'm just saying...
