This series is pretty cool, but I was reading the letters page of an issue, and it mentioned an "issue #28."
what's that all about, and where can i find 'em?
google results don't give me much.

hi, dr. ghost!
yeah, i actually received quite a few...let's say, frustrated letters from readers who spent a lot of time on-line searching for those "lost " issue of the perhapanauts. and i'm sorry if you did too...
truth is, i wrote all of the letters in the letters pages of perhapanauts 1-4 as well as in perhapanauts:second chances 1-4. i had so many stories that i wanted to tell that i thought a good way to tell them might be to have them related back as letters by different readers. it worked pretty well-- a lot of people wrote in telling me that they really wanted to see the stories i'd alluded to, but i am sorry if it caused too much confusion.
now, with our new on-going series from image, we're getting to tell ALL the stories we want (and we've got plenty!) so the letters pages are now YOURS! have fun! do what you like!
for a special project last summer, craig drew the covers to several of those non-existent issues and we put them together in a portfolio called "the 'lost covers' portfolio". you can see it on our website at www.perhapanauts.com
thanks for the question! and for reading the book!

I just picked up the first two mini-series.
I haven't read them yet, but the story from Image Monster Pile-Up was enough to get me interested.

This series is a total refreshment for me. It brings me back to when I was little and read Bone. I've enjoyed many series since then, but this one has me totally hooked.
Todd, I haven't read the mini series that started it all, but by god, as long as your churning out issues, I'll keep on buying them. THANK YOU for this series.
