I was going to buy the Vol. 1 softcover of Ex Machina until i heard about the "Deluxe" Hardcover version with Issues 1-11. The add copy on the softcover says it includes: "the extra-sized origin of the super-heroic Great Machine, as well as the 4-part "State of Emergency." . Does the Hardcover feature these extras? Will there be more hardcovers after this one? It would pain me to buy the version with issues 1-11 then have to move over to the softcover and end up rebuying some of the issues since they include different numbers. Thanks for your help.

I bought the hardcover, and I think it was worth it. It features issues 1-11, and a few behind the scenes extras like Vaughn's proposal for the series. I believe that the hardcovers will be continued.
