Is this happening just before Batman R.I.P issue 3?

Im loving the story to R.I.P, and hope it stays great the whole way threw

I Think that it happens before the first chapter of Batman RIP. Batman mentions that Jet is out of town.

Yep, Dini said in an interview here at CBR that the entire Hush arc takes place just before the beginning of RIP.
