What is the name of the first Flash trade that feature Wally and his family upon his return after Bart was killed?

Thanks. Does this trade show his return or is that only in the last trade about Bart?

The actual return appears in "Flash: Full Throttle" and "Justice League of America: The Lightning Saga."

As far as I know (I haven't looked at the book yet, since it comes out today), "The Wild Wests" picks up with #231, which starts with Wally & family already back on Earth.
