Who is the Swashbuckler? And what do his thefts mean for the Trinity? As our heroes look for answers, members of the Bat-Family have their own run in with the new villain. Justin and Brian break it down.

Woo-hoo! The return of the Morrison "Earth-2"/Busiek "Syndicate Rules" Crime Syndicate of Amerika last week was the hands-down highlight of Trinity for me so far. Was glad that those also-ran "Crime Society" pretenders all took dirt naps in Countdown to clear the path for the CSA's return. Busiek did a great job with them in "JLA: Syndicate Rules" and I'm pleased to see him using them again here. I hope they get to stick around for several issues, as opposed to just immediately being defeated by the JLA in tomorrow's issue.

Someone needs to point out to Brian Eason and Justin Eger that the Crime Syndicate is from the anti-matter universe Earth-2, and the Crime Society is from Earth-3 (one of the 52 universes) ....
