Batman/Spiderman -- Is there a panel where Spiderman punches Joker?

I know the basic storyline is Batman & Spiderman vs. Carnage & Joker...so I was wondering, are there any panels in the book that feature Spiderman punching Joker, and if so, anyone know where I can find a picture of it?

IIRC, yes, Spidey one-punches Joker out in the next to last page of the book. I'll check again when I come back home later today. But I don't have a scanner, so someone else will have to provide the image.
