Recently saw Scanners on IFC and wondered how they would fit in the DCU. Who would they be challenge/major threat against a hero or villian? Would some of them get hired/drafted into various gov't secret agencies or herded into internment camps or hide underground?
For those who haven't seen the movie here are the abilities they portrayed in the movie: mindreading (giving the person they scanned a nose bleed), hacking into a computer using only their mind, mind control, some psycho-kinetic ability, mind/body swapping.
