What issues did Jason Todd get resurrected in and what other issues has he been in afterwards? I thought it had been hush but it wasnt. I only know he was in Nightwing for a little while.
Oh and no spoilers please.

The story of his resurrection can be found in the Under the Hood TPB.

That would then be followed by the "Brothers in Blood" Nightwing trade, and next the Countdown to Final Crisis series.

Are his appearances in Green Arrow collected anywhere?
Also, Jason is a central character in the Search for Ray Palmer TPB.

Wasn't that just an issue or two?

Right, that was a Countdown spin-off.

It might be best though to skip the Nightwing trade he appears in. It isn't very good for all of those involved.

Very True. Not good at all.

Green Arrow #69-72. Good story, too.

The TPBs featuring the Jason Todd Resurrection/Jason as an antagonist (in sequential order):
*Batman: As the Crow Flies has a a couple pages at the very end of foreshadowing that Jason is returning or alive. Long story short. Batman inhales Scarecrow gas. While Batman is driving Jason is in the Batmobile with him asking "Why he let him die". The end of the arc concludes Batman was hallucinating from the fear gas but Alfred finds a Robin mask in the Batmobile. Alfred asks Tim Drake (Robin) if he lost his mask when helping Batman out of his fear induced state. Robin says no. Hush storyline follows.*
Batman: Hush Vol. 2
Batman: Under the Hood Vol. 1
Batman: Under the Hood Vol. 2
Nightwing: Brothers in Blood
Green Arrow: Road to Jericho
Jason Todd appears in Countdown but not as a villain.

That's the Nightwing story arc so horrible that it made me stop buying Nightwing, a series I've been getting since issue 1. A series I've had the poster of a cover up in my room since its first its first year.
Meanwhile, I've personally yet to see anything done well with Jason. The experiment just wans't worth it. As far as I care, he's still dead by the Joker's hand.

I'd strongly suggest you skip everything after Under the Hood. It's all sheer and utter generic crap. Just wikipedia it.
though to be fair Green Arrow is okay, until he blows up a high school simply out of spite. Jason is reckless, and a murder of criminals, but that, I don't know what the writer was thinking. I don't like arrogant and conceited writers who think they can "revamp" a character like that, it left a bad taste in my mouth after what was a somewhat decent story. Which makes it all the more a shame. If it was a crappy story you'd have no reason to care, as is the case when he turns into an octopus in Nightwing or decides to "stop being a superhero" in Countdown.

That's funny, since the same guy wrote Jason Todd in both Under the Hood and Green Arrow (as well as being the writer who resurrected him to begin with). Quite amusing that Judd Winick can't even write his favorite character consistently. Although I do concur with your description of Winick as an arrogant, conceited writer who initially "revamped" Todd from a second-rate Robin into the faux-cool Punisher wannabe Red Hood.

Under the Hood portrayed Jason as a fanatic, which i liked. He appears very psychotic in his Nightwing appearance, but it's very childish.

I liked what Winnick did in Under the Hood, but nothing thereafter (although I did not read the GA stories).
His appearances in Nightwing and Countdown were terrible--proving that nobody else knew what to do with him after Winnick left.

What Nightwing appearance? Those issues don't exist! La la la la. :p
You know what? I'll even confess that I enjoyed Under the Hood a bit. It was an interesting idea, but, yeah, it never quite went anywhere and then Jason just became a white elephant in the room. This should have been a major story, but he became a generic overhyped character. I went back to wishing he was dead again. All interest seemed to have been blown in that first volley.

Soon Jason will be appearing at every Batman comic book, once he becomes the new Batman. Too bad though, I'd prefer Dick Grayson assuming the mantle after Bruce.

hmm I did not realise that. that's kinda strange. I wonder if that kinda development is what Winnick had planed for him all along, if so it sort of puts Under the Hood in a new light.
I think what Jason realy needs right now is a good minisereis all to himself,

Don't know if this has been mentioned yet, but Jason also appears in a OYL flashback tale in the Outsiders TPB "Pay As You Go".
