Just happened to be walking across the street when they were showing off "attack mode" with the new actors. Got some pretty bitching bumper stickers out of it. Or at least, one of them refers to turbo boost, which the movie didn't have. My guess is because they didn't have the budget to shoot a car over a train.

good to know that the series will be on NBC.. 13 episodes is kind of a tentative commitment, though.. I hope the series does really well in the sweeps, otherwise it might not get an entire season order.. and then fans will get ticked, and maybe just maybe have a campaign to get another half-season order for 2009.. but we don't want that, do we? (remember bionic woman!)

hopefully they'll get Hasselhoff to show up for some november sweeps, maybe a two-part episode..

as far as Kitt's morphing, hopefully it won't be like Spy Hunter where it turns into a jet or boat or whatever.. and I hope the gadgeteering doesn't short-circuit Mike Jr. from having to do anything.. (I shudder at remembering the stun-beams of Kitt 2 from the Knight Rider 2000 tv movie-- ) Kitt shouldn't be able to pop "any" lock, but only electronic-driven locks.. and the range shouldn't be unlimited..
