online subscription

does anyone have any problems ordering their comics online thru preordering subscription services? Its so much cheaper just wondering how the whole process works.

I'm pretty sure there's a few big threads on this scattered about. You can save a pretty penney for sure, unless you want to pay extra you get all your books after the last one comes out so you're a little behind the Joneses when it comes to discussing the issues.

Personally I just couldn't afford them anymore even with my LCS discount and have fallen to using subscriptions. It works fine for me. Marvel offers most of their books direct, sometimes you get those before 'Wednesday', other times they're later. The other publishers don't have the direct services so you need to fall back on a service. I use http://www.dcbservice.com/ and think they're top notch. I get an average of a dozen books a month for well under $30, including some of the higher dollar Indy books.
