Just for fun, Bale Batman vs. Clooney batman.

Also who would win between Arnold Mr. Freeze and Ledger Joker?

Clooney Batman would destroy him. He can jump superhumanly high, is superhumanly strong, falls from hundreds of feet in the air and break the laws of physics to survive, heal someone from being frozen (protip, that kills people), AND somehow has his own bat - credit card on him at all times, apparently.

Ledger's Joker wouldn't be able to figure out anything to do with Mr. Freeze and would probably just leave once Freeze started making his puns.

Bat-nipples would send Bale Bats dying from laughter.

Freeze does this (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VNaDZIrxh-0) 'til Joker's head explodes.

So what did Clooney bat have?

Off the top of my head

Grappling Hook: shot from the underside of his arm
Credit Card (what was it 7 million dollar limit?)
Bat Bomb: Blew up the pod Freeze had tried to escape in
Batarangs: I"m more than pretty sure they had those
Laser Gun: Used to thaw the ice keeping Batman stuck
Ice Skates: Kept for just these kind of emergencies.....yeah I know

The Batcar: some computer system, set up to turn off Robin's motorcycle if needed, move the fin as a "shield" to reflect the ice beam (though shouldn't it have just frozen the fin + the entire batcar but whatever)

Then there was the last batsuits the Bat Crew were wearing.

I think that was supposed to be metal on their suits and not just coloration, I want to say they had spikes on their knucks etc....

Was Clooney superhumanly strong? I remember him punching through a waiters tray (whatever they call them, they serve dishes, glasses and whatever on them, not very big), picked up the frozen robin and hauled him around (almost like he was just a manikin covered in see through plastic instead of around 200+ pounds of human, suit, equipment and ice:)).

How high did he jump?

They pulled off some crazy feats of coordination, like that motorcycle/pole grab Robin did and that slide down a dinosaur statue Batman did.

As for Freeze vs Ledger-Joker:

Freeze wasn't that great at knowing how people would act, its kind of how he lost his wife to the competitive Ivy.

Great Inventor though, capable of laying a trap if he had too, damn strong, casually threw a guy at least twenty feet into the air straight up to knock his gun back down to himself.

So HTH this goes to Freeze.

Any other scenario and it goes to Ledge-Joker.

I would think that Bale Batman would be stronger going by when he bent the gun barrel. And falling off of a skyscraper onto a car without being phazed. And his Batmobile is more of a Bat-tank or something.

As for Freeze and Joker, Freeze if its a straight fight, Joker with prep time.

He was using some kind of device to do that, he used it to try and cut open Scarecrow's van as well.

On the flip side; the woman he was saving didn't seem to be all that phased either, don't know if we should just assume the batcape/armor are that protective or what.

I think the main suit (the upgrade) in TDK was less durable than the suits in Batman & Robin and even in Begins. I believe the dialogue stated that the suit traded durability agianst bullets and knives in exchange for more speed and maneuverability.

Which could mean that Bale either goes down faster or is quick enough to dodge quite a few Clooney attacks. Take your pick. But at least he can turn his neck now.

I think the bigger question is would Bale Batman be able to keep a straight face the minute he notices the bat-nipples.

I know Ledger Joker would laugh his ass off.

No. What they meant was that the suit was plated and that the areas between the plated, armored parts of the suit would be vulnerable to that. The plates were said to be hardened kevlar dipped in titanium, which would be bulletproof and able to stop a knife easily. It was the mesh underneath that was vulnerable and where the dog attacked him and hurt him.

Yes, but chicks dig Clooney's car.

Come to think of it, didn't Clooney Bats use the exact same voice for his Bruce Wayne? Wouldn't that be a dead giveaway?

Please, don't try to make sense of anything featured in Batman & Robin.

You'll kill us all.

Hm. In that case, I suppose Clooney Batman better hope he knows a good chunk of nerve-strikes, then.

Which version of the suit are we going by? He complained the first iteration wasn't flexible as the later one he uses...

Hell, they were doing that in Season 4 of Batman the Animated Series (when it was the Batman/Superman Adventures). Even made Bruce look more like Batman, or at least some one you picture would be Batman (sleek hair, black suit). Seemed to work just fine then.
