I imagine Zimbabwe's currency is so far in the toilet at this point that they've had to start issuing notes for numbers like 100 Billion. It's probably worth about £2.50.

Actually alot more.. but its almost impossible to give an accurate number as the economy fluctuates so much that .. well.. its HOPELESS!

I wouldn't say senile exactly but it is propaganda tool used by authoritarians over and over again that they are forced to do the things they do to protect their people from the 'enemy'.
