So I was at work and I got to thinking, times have changed and so have comic books. If I could set the standards for characters and the genre in general what would they be? I then decided that I would ask you guys what do you think they should be? In personal ideas, any general ideas? I thought of one or two.
1.) All characters who have aged from mid teens to adulthood are safe guarded against lame stories that undermine anything they previously were shown to be able to do or made to seem less impressive.
1b.) Male characters who belong to 1.) are required twice year to have at least one awesome moment or issue so as to keep fans of said life long character cool.
2.) New characters cannot have stories that insert them as the most awesome anything in any field unless they are a quick fix character and are intended to be killed off within the year.
