It made her one of my favourite characters.

Actually, Tabby had a big crush on Bobby when X-Factor found her. She kept annoying him with her bombs, though. To get his attention. It was that cute love/hate relationship.

They also interacted again right after X-Tinction Agenda, when Bobby iced up the bathroom when Tabby needed to PEE!

God I remember that. Good stuff, so how could I forget. Carey clearly knows what's up. Now I really can't wait for this. If any two characters with such crazy personalities need to interact together again, it's these two.

But I much preferred New Character Tabitha Smith.
She was obnoxious.
Only incredibly obnoxious people make you say a surname too.

I definitely want to see Tabby getting more characterization than the one she got in NextWave (even though she was hilarious in it, there was hardly any character development for her in that book).

But I really want her to keep the design created by Immonen. She never looked better!

I hadn't read much of her earlier appearances but as funny as Nextwave Tabby was, the stupifying of her kinda annoyed me. As did Ellis making cracks about "all three of her fans are outraged" or whatever.

She rocked in X-Men Evolution, she should be more like that.

I love you, Steven, but I don't love this opinion. Tabitha was an awful wretch of a character until Nextwave. I will be horribly disappointed if she isn't fun, frivolous, and fabulous like she was there.

I didn't read Nextwave (I don't like Warren Ellis's writing), but I have read her in other stuff. It would be nice to see her around again.

I've got to ask, am I the only one who prefers the codename "Boom Boom"? I thought the name Meltdown just made it seem like they were trying too hard to make her seem serious and "badass".
