Not terrible but sickeningly happy,
...What the Hell? "Video not available in your country"?! C'mon! First Cartoon network, then BBC, and now YouTube?! I thought the point of the damn Internet was to connect the world!
...Sorry, didn't mean to drift the topic.. ...Well, having grown up in the 90s, there's a ton of such songs, many of which are hip hop and techno. I'm rather partial to Salt N' Peppa's "Let's Talk about Sex" though.

the one fantastic song from a terrible band (so I'm going to list it).
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wwfAKFg-0-Y
and it also happens to be one of my all time favorite songs, and it always makes me tear up as well. . .go figure. .

I don't know if all of these are necessarily terrible (or at least wiggity-wiggity-wiggity wack), but they are kinds kitschy or mediocre or plain bad. And yet I can't stop listening to these songs since they were things I listened to when I was in middle school/high school:
"Sex and Candy" by Marcy playground (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CKl_7zK3fbI)
"Three Little Pigs" by Green Jelly (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fm9W4Ts-tw0)
"Jump" by Kriss Kross (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5J5titd0Kbw)
"Whoomp There It Is" by Tag Team (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BnrLloO7nFQ)
"Informer" by Snow (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NtILxBszyf8)
"Too Legit to Quit" by MC Hammer (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cdk1gwWH-Cg)
"Clumsy" by Our Lady Peace (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qXoWT5V8qtE)
"Shimmer" by Fuel (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p0QMfK9hzgA)
"The Freshmen" by The Verve Pipe (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sVNAp1C8LIw)
"Cumbersome" by Seven Mary Three (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zN2gt1KQsi8)
"Plowed" by Sponge (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XHjdmNLs0go)
"Only Wanna Be With You" by Hootie and the Blowfish (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bCcNOWQG7uY)
"I'll Be There For You" by The Rembrandts (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NDFJrGV8xto)

Who wants to c'mon and ride it (the train) (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U9vZ_akgmXU)?
I'm not so convinced that's a terrible song, though.
So here's Eiffel 65's Blue (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mL2UsAbI1hg).
And Aqua's Barbie Girl (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zEzh10_xoqw).

Hokey but they groove:
"I Got a Man" by Positive K (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UorXVqVVURM)
"I Wish" by Skee-Lo (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=icr0eW1fRSs)
"If I Only Had A Brain" by MC 900 Ft. Jesus (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ixl6H9C5lt0)
"Standing Outside A Broken Phone Booth With Money In My Hand" by Primitive Radio Gods (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AXPdbgBuxAU)
Okay, this last one isn't horrible, but I'm wondering why the heck this song isn't all over the damn place:
"Hip Hop Hooray" by Naughty by Nature (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=No7jdP2A0N0)
EDIT:
Actually... that Primitive Radio Gods song isn't so terrible. Listening to it again, it's actually kinda soothing.

Yeah but its an awful title for a song, song/movie/episode titles should never be that long. It probably why this song isn't all over the place, cause no one can remember the title.
