I used to chat with him on AOL in 98 or 99... I had just found out my first boyfriend had AIDS, and his boyfriend had recently died of the disease.

Phil is one of the kindest, most talented guys I've ever met. I adore him like ice cream.
Seeing him at a con is always a little bit like winning the Pop-tarts lottery.

I LOVE me some Phil!!!!!!!!!!!
His Wonder Woman, especially the first year, was fantastic. There was so much love for the characters in every panel.

I've always enjoyed the artwork of George Perez's son.
And the one time I met him, he was as decent & nice as people say he is.

He was one of the stunt men for Toby Maguire in the first Spider-Man movie, you know.
...
well, it was the scene where you see Peter Parker's hands design the costume.

Phil is awesome. I have always enjoyed his art on everything he has done.
I can only hope he choses to do a ChicagoCon sometime soon.

Phil is one of the sweetest people in the industry. But lately, say the last 5 or 6 years his artwork has been looking terrible in my eyes. While it holds at times, the rest is just bleh. I think its his inker. I miss the days of Phil and John Stokes in the Invisibles, where his best work was produced.
Enough rambling.....Good interview
