ex-SNL star Molly Shannon and our own Selma "Liz" Blair will be starring in an NBC sitcom called "Kath & Kim" which looks to be "Office-esque" funny.
yeah ask Spyda about it!!!

What does that mean? Sorry if it's been posted before, I checked the last Selma thread and all I saw was my admission of the crush I had/have on her.
Her ex, Ahmet Zappa, was at the Heroes Con, I wanted to go up to him and call him a damn FOOL!
...No matter how big a musical genius his father is.

Ignore Gary. He was making a joke.
I'm familiar with the original show that this is a remake of and I'm honestly not too interested in seeing it.
This is not Office-esque. Whoever thinks so is in for an unpleasant surprise.

good. if it was, it would probably fail. *sees no need for 2 'the offices'* ;)
but you can't ignore this Q and A

Original show? Enlighten me friend.
As for "Office-esque", I just judged that by the teaser I had seen for it; the teaser was showcasing very dry comedy in the same vein as the Office show.
EDIT: ...and single?! Oh man,..too bad I have no hope, for where will I perhaps upon Selma Blair gallavanting in public and woo her.
DOUBLE EDIT: 36!?! Selma is 36!?! Wow, she does not look 36 at all, and her age doesn't change my feelings, after all, it's just a number.

She remains very pretty but needs to listen to someone else for style advice, b/c I don't know who's telling her that continually getting her hair chopped is a good idea, but it's not. Maybe it's jsut preference, but I think she would look better with a longer hair style.

There is an article on her in "Instyle magazine," about the very same subject.
When we saw her in NYCC she had long hair, HHmmm how does ones hair grow soooo long in a year. She even went for a "Modified Mohalk", and bleach blonde too. She is very daring yes?. I admire her for that.

I enjoy it all, then again, hair is not very important to me.

Hair extensions! The technology has gotten remarkably better in the past ten years.
You can even do them at home...I put long blue stripes in sometimes

Now a show that looks like it could be a bit of fun is The Mentalist. I'm down for seeing more of that.

She could shave her head and I'd still adore her.
Much like Natalie Portman.

The Mentalist is about a former conartist who uses his almost psychic level of intuition to solve crimes. The writing and the leads are just really good. It's probably the best pilot I've seen this year.
Still trying to get my hands on Dollhouse. Hopefully that will be another great Whedon show.
