I complained about a fb showing Elektra's parents active during WWII:

Elektra's parents were active during World War II?
did they get a bit of the Infinity Formula from Nick Fury?
Did they possess a Bloodstone?
Did they get a swig of the Elixir Vitae from Fu Manchu?
Did they share some of the Pool of Blood with the Yellow Claw and Orphelus?
Did they spend time with the Ancient One the way Baron Mordo did?
Did they nick Compound X from Baron Zemo?
How does Baron Strucker stay young?
Did they change minds with Zola provided cloned bodies?
Did they stumble upon Yi Yang's immortality secret? t
hey stumbled upon Chandu's secret?
studied Black Axe to find immorality?
Did they nick some of Tyrannus' Fountain of Youth?
Did they nick some of Diablo's elixir?

Anyone else know of other age suppression methods? I exclude characters already naturally unaging such as Eternals.

Also name some DCU examples such as Lazarus Pit.

Sliding timeline solves it all.

While we're at it, has there ever been an explanation for why Dum Dum Dugan remained young like Nick Fury? Fury had the Infinity Formula, but as far as I know, Dum Dum never had it. What gives?

Spitfire's blood transfusion from the original Human Torch kept her young.

What gives?I'm not completely sure about it's validity, but the "generally accepted" explanation is that Dum Dum (as well as some other supporting characters) had been in proximity of Infinity-fueled Fury for so long that he "absorbed" some of the effects of the formula. Yeah, it's pretty lame, and for all I know it could be false, but that seems to be the most ballyhooed theory out there.

Yeah, I've heard that one and it wallows in lameness. I recall a spoof on it in an issue of WHAT THE? where Dugan keeps coming up with excuses to hang around Fury after he's retired just to keep in proximity to the Infinity Formula. Heh.

Not exactly. She was old, but then a second transfusion youthafied her.

Don't you find the situation in itself weird? She had like machine blood in her which could practically be 10W-30 and oil or something.

Synthetic human. Vision and the original Human Torch had organs and blood. More like artificial blood. Still weird as heck. I agree, vampire bite+android blood= super speed is weird as it gets.

Any stupider than a mongoose blood injection causing super speed?

On a range of stupid stuff I would definitely say so.

Just sayin'.

Weapon X utilized an age-suppression factor in several of its operatives, inferred to have been derived from the healing factors of Wolverine and/or Sabretooth. Aldo "Vole/Psi-Borg" Ferro was trying to get to the bottom of how it worked so that he could use it on himself. John Wraith and Mastodon (as well as presumably Silver Fox and Maverick) also benefited from it.

Dirk Anger used drugs…special H.A.T.E. drugs.

Oh and Blazing Skulls powers grant him immortality.
