Hey guys.

I recently bought New X-men issues #24-27, and I thought it was pretty awesome, so I got all the other issues.

I ran into a bit of a snag concerning the plots though. There are times when I know I just missed something that occurred from another series, and I was wondering if you guys could help me out?

Could you guys give me a list of the comics I should read that have any relation to New X-men? I know I should get House of M and Messiah Complex, but what else? I'm in Endangered Species right now, and It's just all over the place. The time skip between issues 44 & 46 (or is it 43 and 44? Can't remember, sorry.) confuses the heck out of me.

Oh, could you also give me help in regards to Civil War? I'm practically lost in that plotline.

Thanks a lot, this place looks great.

I'm not a huge xmen reader so I can't really help you out with that. What I'd suggest is any questions about xmen you should visit the xbooks section on these forums.

As far as civil war goes what kind of questions do you have. What happened was a bad guy blew up a city on national tv. There was tension by the public wanting the government to do something to the heros to hold them accountable for the destruction they caused during there battles with super villians. What the government came up with was the super heros had to register their names and what their powers were. With the heros registered to the government they would be licensed to practice law enforcement and they would be paid for their services.

Some heros felt obligated to turn their identies over and some felt it was imposing on their free will plus the villians could hack into the database and it would endanger their loved ones. With the pro registration guys legal that left the unregistered heros as criminals so they fought. Unregistered heros secret identities largely known they had to go underground. Tony stark hates to lose so he turned super villians into legal registered workers of the state to hunt down unregistered heros.
