Hey, Sorry if there is already a thread on this. But I am a big Doctor Strange Fan and want to know if he has his own book these days or if he appears in any team books? I'd be really interested in picking them up.
Any info is very much appreciated.

Doctor Strange has been appearing in New Avengers in recent months, but if you're a serious Doctor Strange fan, you will probably be disappointed. Bendis weakened him considerably.
The best portrayal of Doctor Strange in recent years was in a solo mini-series called "Doctor Strange: The Oath":

Yeah, the Oath's a pretty good read, although it made the Doc a little too British.
As for current status of Doc Strange, he's right gone off on a self imposed exile after feeling guilt over dabbling with the Black arts and using them on the Hulk.

When did Bendis lower his power anyway? I've seen it commented that he isn't as powerful anymore, but what caused it?

I'm honestly not sure, some of it was blamed on his summoning of Zom in World War Hulk affecting his magic but there's more to the story that's not being told right now.

Any info is very much appreciated.I wouldn't recommend him in his New Avengers appearances, but The Oath was quite good!

Other than a brief (like 5 pannel) appearance in The Last Defenders, I don't think he's been seen since his self-imposed exile.
As far as the power reduction, it has yet to be explained but was the result of Bendis wanting Strange to be more than a deux ex machina (sp?) every time he appears.
My best suggestion would be to pick up "The Oath" or the Essential Defenders trades (I think vol.4 came out yesterday).

Probably the first incident that really made it apparent that Strange was lowered in power is when he didn't just curbstomp the Scarlet Witch during the whole House of M affair.
I don't care how powerful they are, no mere mutant should be able to tango with a guy who can take out people who rule multiple dimensions.
The problem is its getting worse.

I dont see how its getting worse as he is no longer in action......

BTW -- it's a four-issue mini-series.
