Looks awsome, and when I logged in it was already in my cart.
Thanks so much Jake. Kool!

The guy who owns my lcs got one in his shipment last week and asked me what it was for. Now I know.... Hellboy Day.
My basement has dark paneling from the 70s( a guy thing). Filling it up with awsome prints is really good.
Besides it is a big basement, I love filling it up with Hellboy Goodness

The real Kirk ... what did they do? Charge you $113 for it before you even ordered it?

I went to order two things then had to rush out for...ahem..."Hellboy Day" at the comic shop and when I finally got back to the hotel room, after hanging with the Gang in Hollywood, it was well after midnight. I still had the page from TFAW up so I thought I'd check my basket to see if the discount was still available. I don't notice if it did or not because there was suddenly a poster in my basket for $113. So I just cleared it out, shut off my computer, and went to bed.

Did I miss something? Were these being given away if you got your order in at a certain time? I ordered Hellboy day morning and didn't see anything about a print in my cart.

i got one of the posters minus a mignola signature at my local shop for free... were they suppose to be free with orders at tfaw only??

Yes it was, I'm sure though if I left it there it would have been deleted. I did buy it. That was the only thing I wanted anyway.
My comic shop had nothing for Hellboy day!.

It looks to me that link Jake posted here (in the first message) has "add to cart" action in it... So, click to it and print is in your cart!

Asa, per you clicking on Jake's link, I think it is as Ivar_L pointed out--
The URL function read "cartaction=add"
I will change the link that Jake has in the thread's first posting to a 'basic link'--
Everyone, try clearing your caches and cookies for TFAW...

Kirk, in hindsight-- is it possible that you could have clicked on Jake's original link (it had an "add to cart" action) at any point before you went to check your basket?
(You may not have... I am just guessing that's an explanation of what could have happened.)
(Ivar_L thanks again for pointing the URL out, I have changed that link.)
Asa, per you clicking on Jake's link,
Thank you J Napper, I had to log in to have it deleted from my cart. They did tell me it was 1 per customer.
My appologies for bringing you out on this holiday, Its raining here in NY and My kids are sleeping, I am bored

Oh man, the weather is really nice here today, I hope it clears up for you. I have to go mow the lawn in a sec, but I think I will eat lunch first. Gas prices are so crazy that I'm not the only person in our neighborhood who has let the grass grow a little taller between mowings, hahahahaha :)

Wow, maybe that is what happened. I don't recall which happened first since I had the message boards open at the same time as my shopping page, so maybe that is what happened. Thanks for clearing that one up, Ivar. TFAW has been great and I couldn't see them trying to hoodwink people. Whew.

What a load of crap. One more thing I'll have to skip because of an outrageous price.
HELLa lame.
This thing should be a $15 con item.
I like this one much better than anything sold at the cons, because it doesn't have the extra writing that takes away from the art.

It's a print, not original art. It's worth $15. Anything more than that borders on obscene.
EDIT: I think it's telling, Asa, that you edited out the line "It's worth every penny" from your post. ;)

Didn't you pay $75 for a Baltimore print on ebay? That was free at SDCC...I have 4!
EDIT: I think it's telling, Asa, that you edited out the line "It's worth every penny" from your post. ;)
Their sold out, so no need to worry about how much anymore. If you try to purchase original art from mike it will run you alot more than 125.00, and any print that is sold for 15.00 is going to have a lot of other advertising on it. So yes "It is worth every penny", It is a really nice piece of art.
I 'm glad that jake posted it,(I don't have time to scout for those everyday and this one went real quikly.) I have been looking for something like this to ad to my walls.
EDIT: I have paid out rages prices for some things sold on ebay, I don't have a big collection, I pick what I can keep and pass on others. So many things excape my hands that I want but can't have, so as not to be fearfull of a miss understanding, I took that out because, we all paymore than we have to some times.
This peice isn't the same as a poster (clearly I can see that). I didn't want to upset anyone with that phraise.
(sorry your not happy with it)

You are right, I did. But I also over paid and regretted it. I think it was closer to $50 but I could be wrong. Regardless: I over paid.
Also, this is being sold by TFAW, a reputable online merchant...as opposed to eBay which is not exactly reputable and is a free market.
EDIT: Just an fyi: I'm not flaming or anything or causing a ruckus. I'm just annoyed at what I think is an obscene price for an item I'd love to have if reasonably priced. That's all. I realize everyone has their opinion of "value" but this irked me.
PM me you completist.
You have a PM
