So, you'd rather wait for the trade paperback than buy the single issues? Well, this September, BEAR SUIT YOURSELF.

URSA MINORS!: THE COLLECTED, WAIT-FOR-THE-TRADE EDITION is now available for pre-order on page 190 of July's Diamond PREVIEWS catalog for items shipping to stores in September (Order No. JUL083614), as well as through Amazon and Barnes & Noble (ISBN# 1593621337) via the good people at Slave Labor Graphics.

This 112 page, black and white digest collects all four issues, all of the online strips and supporting cast (including fan favorites Rabbi Ninja and Explodey, the Clown that Explodes) with a brand new ten-page story that chronicles the lives of three heroes who would rather drink beer and discuss ‘Quantum Leap’ than save you from bank robbers. Because, when you really get to know them, bank robbers aren’t that bad. Except for the whole robbery thing.

Like ‘The Godfather’ but with robot bears, URSA MINORS! documents the lives of Tom, Rich and Harry, slacker heroes that answer the eternal question: “What would you do with robotic bear suits, equipped with everything you need to curb the world’s ninja problem?” Besides cussing, movie referencing, beer drinking and, of course, ninja @$$-kicking, Bears One, Two and Three use super-strength, night vision and razor sharp claws to defend Bigby City from robots, Nazis and Nazi robots.

From the pop-culture soaked minds of Xeric-winning cartoonist Neil Kleid (Ninety Candles, Brownsville) Paul Cote, and Fernando Pinto (TMNT), URSA MINORS! is what Las Vegas Weekly called “an idea for a comic book that’s so awesome, it’s hard to believe nobody thought of it before" and comics sensation Warren Ellis called “a clever piece of darkly comic science fiction."

You didn't buy the single issues because you wanted the entire thing, the "ursa major" in your hands. We understand. Here it is - all in a single, ninja-filled, movie-quoting volume for the inner pop-culture fan in you. Head to your local comic book shop, put in your paw and this September JOIN THE BEAR REVOLUTION!
