Beautiful Dreamer is possible, but her powers sort of clash with Mastermind's, so she's rather redundant. Bliss is very possible, since Brubaker was the one to bring her back. Plus, she has a unique, interesting power which would make her a welcome addition.

In my opinion, Dragoness is almost necessary. It doesn't make sense for them to have her in the 198 and not use her (kind of like how they're not using Shinobi Shaw... what does Marvel have against Asians?!). I absolutely see her joining the group. Thumbelina could possibly be a candidate, too.

Just realised that glowing eyes are not much of an indicator for who might be someone. If the artist or colorist want them to have it anyone can have glowing eyes. Here is an example. The only time this character ever had glowing eyes was under this artist.

i still think it's Black Womb. she's a long-lived female mutant who archives stuff. it makes sense that she would keep track of her mutant "sisters." i think the art is purposely trying to make it look like Age of Apocalypse Mystique.
