Where are they now?

I end up coming in and out of my comics addiction about every 2-3 years, generally I am able to keep up with the large arcs and the overall direction, but whenever I return from such a lapse I find I am missing certain details and lost the whereabouts of certain characters.

I'd like to start a thread that will catch me, and others who are returning to the fold like me, up with these whereabouts.

First up, Generation X:

Sync -
Skin - (I vaguely remember he may have died . . . Legacy Virus perhaps?)
Chamber - (he became a horseman?)
Husk -
Artie & Leech -

These are the ones I'm wondering about feel free to include others.

(I've seen Jubilee chilling over in New Warriors, although I'm not really sure what she's been up to in the last 3 years or so . . .)

Synch and Skin died. Chamber is in New Warriors with Jubilee, Husk is home with her family as we saw a couple of months back in Divided We Stand, Leech went back with the Morlocks and no idea about Artie.

Gaia, who's mutant status is unkown, is in Limbo as well. Funny, considering that the X-Men are seriously lacking in recruits. You'd think they'd try and find her.

Banshee is off hiding somewhere, ready to make his comeback anytime now. Seriously. I mean that.

Jubilee; Jubilation Lee - Has since gone on to rejoin X-Men briefly. Was then depowered. Has taken the codename Wondra and has joined the New Warriors with new giving her superhuman strength and flight.

Husk; Paige Guthrie - Has gone on to join X-Corps (paramilitary team) and the X-Men briefly. Left with Archangel (a new love) for a charitable cause, and has been seen sporadically since. Still powered, and her last appearance was in a one shot with her brother, Cannonball.

Chamber; Jonothon Starsmore; - Has gone on to join the X-Men and Weapon X briefly. Was then depowered after M-Day and in critical condition. He was healed by Apocalypse's descendants, Clan Akkaba, and revealed Chamber's heritage as well as giving new powers, He has since taken the codename Decibel and has joined New Warriors with tech based sonar powers.

Skin; Angelo Espinosa - Has some brief adventures with Jubilee, and was promptly killed at Xavier's by a mutant hating church (Church of Humanity).

M; Monet St. Croix - Has joined X-Corps, X-Corporation (A global X-team), and then briefly the X-Men. More famously, she has been a part of X-Factor, and has had adventures there, as well as during the WWH event, and Messiah CompleX X-event.

M Twins; Nicole & Claudette St. Croix - Have left Gen X, but have not been seen since.

Synch; Everett Thomas - Was killed in Gen X trying to stop a bomb.

Penance; Yvette? - After leaving Gen X, was missing in limbo for a while. Has returned as Hollow in the Loners miniseries with the same abilities. Has joined the Loners briefly, and has been presumed to have a new host.

Mondo - Has not been seen since his last attack against Gen X.

Gaia - After an encounter with X-Man (Nate Grey), has left to enjoy life. Has not been seen since, but is presumed powered because of her Alternate Universe origins.

Banshee; Sean Cassidy - After disbanding Gen X because of his lovers death, Banshee started X-Corps (a semi villainous team), but was slashed in the throat and basically depowered by Mystique, an imposter on the team. Sean kept his powers after Decimation. After recuperating, he was sent on a mission by the X-Men to find some files, and came across a secret X-Men team. One of the members of that team then sent a plane towards Banshee, killing him and the passengers of the plane.

White Queen; Emma Frost After disbanding Gen X, Emma taught in Genosha, a mutant utopia, and taught there. After a catastrophe, Emma survived and gained a new mutation giving her a diamond body. She has since joined the X-Men, and has had many adventures there: she discovered she had children (Stepford Cuckoos), becomes headmistress at Xavier's. survives Decimation, been in Messiah CompleX, and has been through many more missions with the X-Men.

White Queen (III); Adrienne Frost - After being headmistress of Gen X, and then killed, Adrienne has not had any more appearances save as an illusion of Emma.

Artie; Arthur Maddicks - Artie has had no more appearances after Gen X, but was confirmed depowered after M-Day.

Leech - After Gen X, Leech has appeared in Weapon X, a camp for exploiting mutants. He somehow escaped and went on to survive M-Day. He stayed at Xavier's for a while, but then returned to the Morlocks.

Franklin Richards - After Gen X, Franklin returned to his family and had a few adventures there. Franklin then burnt out his powers recreating Galactus, force of power. Not surprisingly, Franklin then survived M-Day with his powers. Franklin has recently fought Onslaught (the being that brought Franklin to Gen X to begin with) and is still a big part of the Fantastic Four.

Maggott; Japheth - After his brief tenure in Gen X, Maggot chased an enemy of his for a while. He was then seen in Weapon X's Neverland camp on the way to extermination. Maggott is survived by one of his maggots (his power), and neither him nor his Maggott have been seen since.

- Also, did Nathan/X-Man ever have encounters with this reality's Forge, Siryn, or Mister Sinister.

And Holocaust, Dark Beast, & Sugar Man at least that's all I think made it through to our world.

And while we're at it, how did Sunfire of our reality become like the AoA version . . . and does Dazzler of our reality use her powers like the one in AoA?

Nathaniel Essex is an alias of Mr. Sinister. You probably mean Nate aka X-Man. He died.

But yep, he encountered Siryn and Mr. Sinister during the Onslaught crossover. Forge, I'm not sure.

Dark Beast is still alive and appeared recently in Endangered Species. Sugar Man apparently died in Genosha a while ago but was revealed alive in Endangered Species as well. Holocaust, I can't remember. I'm pretty sure he's dead.

Sunfire got that look when he became a Horseman of Apocalypse. However, in our reality, that is just a uniform/ costume. He still looks like Shiro under the mask.

Yeah, our Dazzler has pretty much the same powers of her AoA counterpart.

Fitzroy was killed by Bishop in his book.

Vanisher is alive, but I think depowered.

Gamesmaster vanished.

Aleytys 'Lee' Forrester last appeared near the end of Claremont's second tenure.

Siena Blaze hasn't been seen for a long time, but we know she was in Weapon X's Neverland, and presumably killed.

As Hi-Fi stated, Trevor Fitzroy was killed by Bishop in his series.

Vanisher has not been seen Stacy X was on the X-Men. He's probably alived, but we're not surei f he's powered.

Gamesmaster hasn't been seen for a long time as well.

After hooking up with Scott (and then breaking it off as he was addicted to hero'ing and the X-Men and she didn't want that in her life), she shagged Magneto for a bit. Then she met up with Cable and had a crush on him (which wasn't pursued due to his relation with Scott).

Pete's right...she was last seen during one of CC's runs, where she was managing a ship that the X-Men boarded and during this stint she met Jean (I think they talked about Scott).

Well I laughed and I've actually been enjoying New Warriors.
