Excellent series, wish the G.C.P.D. was highlighted more in Bat books. Anyways I had a question, I read the first trade, and got the third afterwards...Can I just read it? I skipped the second(waiting for it to get ordered at LCS)

Yes, you should be able to read the third trade just fine. The second trade focuses primarily on Renee Montoya, who has a more minor role in the third trade.

Love the characterization, love the art. Unresolved remains one of my favorite Batman stories ever told.
