An unknown force has switched Usagi Tsukino’s (aka Serena Tsukino) and Asuka Langley Soryu’s minds, into each other’s bodies.
In the Neon Genesis Evangelion Universe, Usagi is in Asuka’s body, after the event with Sahaquiel, the 10th Angel.
In the Sailor Moon Universe, Asuka is in Usagi’s body, during the Sailor Moon R series, sometime after Mamoru (aka Darien) breaks up with Usagi.
What do you all think will happen?
Note: You don’t have to write about what happens to both of them. You can write about what happens to one of them. But if you want to write about what happens to them both, then you can.

Rei and Usagi/Asuka will be fighting more than ever before. She'll probably pick on Ami due to her meek attitude and her resemblance to a certain someone(though she might have a grudging respect to her intellect). As a leader, she lacks that natural spirit of camaraderie and compassion that made the Senshi look to Usagi as a leader and friend. Not to mention that her self-superiority and ego is seriously going to hurt their teamwork when the monster of the week shows (though she'll be a more effective fighter than Usagi).
As for Usagi/Asuka: Well, the good news is that she'll get along splendidly with all her co-workers. I think she'll even get Rei to open up to her and Shinji will benefit from her company with increased confidence in himself thanks to her pep-talks and supportive attitude. It's going to be rough on her once she's in an Eva because of the neurological feedback, but she's no stranger to pain so she'll adapt it in time. Plus, the Eva team on a whole be a more tightly knit group.
So overall, I'd say that the EVAverse benefits more often than not.

Plus, that mindrape angel won't be able to do squat to Usagi. For all the crap her career as Sailor Moon has put her through, there's nothing there as traumatic as Asuka's past.
