Hi there! It's been awhile but I remember in the "Knightfall" storyline in a few places, a mysterious Nun showed up to tell the bat-crew information, but her face was always in shadow.

Does anyone know who she was? Or am I imagining things? Unfortunately, I don't have the series with me, so I don't think I can give more clues. She'd also disappear suddenly, IIRC.

Hopefully someone else remembers this and I'm not just completely insane.

Mysterious nun? Do you have a picture? I don't remember this at all. What is Knightfall or KnightQuest: The Search?

Y'know, it might have been the Search/Crusade part of the tale. I'll see if the library has a copy or something.

I don't know why I remembered this, but it always bugged me that I never found out who it was.

I believe the nun you were talking about was from the orphanage that Firefly grew up in. Her face was covered in shadow, and she told Robin that Firefly (Garfield Lynns) had a younger sister. I don't think she was a recurring character. You were probably just remembering wrong. The issue is Detective Comics #661, Knightfall pt. 6. If she appeared anywhere else then I guess I missed it.

I probably am remembering it wrong. It was several years ago when I read the Knightfall/Quest/Return saga.

I guess I just thought it was very odd her face was completely silhuoetted if she was just a one off character. IIRC, she also disappeared very suddenly from Robin and thought that was significant as the Bat-Family are notorious from disappearing from others during conversation.
