1.) Would anybody happen to know what TPB it is that Wonder Woman is killed by Neron? I know its issue 125, but is there a TPB with that in it?

2.) Is there a TPB where it explains where Superman turns into Superman Blue?

3.) Last one, is there a TPB for "Chain Lightning" from the Flash series? I hope there is because its one of the key stories throughout the DCU where Barry tells Wally he'll be back 3 times when Wally needs him the most.

I'll leave the other questions to people better able to answer them, but I can handle this one:

No -- or at least not yet. But DC is finally going back and collecting the Morrison/Millar run (http://speedforce.org/2008/06/morrison-millar-collection/) that came right before it, so with any luck we'll see "Chain Lightning" and the Dark Flash saga sometime in the next couple of years.

I have a list of Flash trades and which issues are included (http://www.hyperborea.org/flash/books.html). Scroll down on that page to the "Books" section.

Oh wow, that website is unbelievable. Yeah you can see the gap from issues 119 - 163. Thank you very much!

No on 1 & 3.

Yes on 2. It's called Superman: Transformed. And you can read about what brought it on in DC: Final Night.
