Was Batman ever a Green Lantern?

I seem to remember a picture of Batman with a Green Lantern Power Ring. Was he ever a Green Lantern? If so what comics and issues? Thanks.

In the newer green lantern comics after the formation of the Sinestro Corps one of the Sinestro rings tries to make Batman the sector 2814 member, but he refuses.

You might be thinking of a recent issue of Green Lantern where one of the yellow Sinestro rings seeks out Batman to recruit but then rejects him. There is a panel of him weilding his ring and a Green Lanteresque costume

Batman seems to have no problem palming rings from GL's at ease and out-willpowering them when he needs to so the true answer is he could be one anytime he wants =(

In Darkest Night is definitely one of my favorite Elseworld one shots, I liked the way Sinestro sort of "became" the Joker, though I thought the introduction of Supes/WW and Barry was bit hokey.
