Imagine how would the story of the new animated series be handled if:
1. Brian Michael Bendis haven't created Ultimate Spider-Man.
2. Brian Michael Bendis did the Ultimate series but Venom wasn't reinvented.
3. Brian Michael Bendis made Venom in the Ultimate Universe, but he wasn't used for the show.
Thoughts? Comments?

If Ultimate U never existeted, I imagine That Spider-Man especially would be collecting dust right now. And I'm sorry to say, cause I don't like Ultimate marvel.

How do you think SSM would be affected if this title never showed up?

I don't really get what you are saying....
Things I mentioned here from Ultimate Spider-Man were used in the new animated series. How do you think the series would go if none of the points I mentioned happened

They're easy enough to ignore.

If the Ultimate Universe didn't exist, then we, the Pro-marriage fans, would still have the Amazing Spider-girl to turn to for our monthly Peter and MJ married life.

...I don't think that I would notice.
Like Grape pointed out, they're easy enough to outright ignore, given that they don't cross over into 616 Marvel. I gave them a try, only enjoyed Ultimates, and now just ignore the line altogether.
So is this new animated series some kind of direct adaptation of Ultimate Spidey? If so, I made the right decision in skipping it.
TSS isnt an adaptation of USM at all, it just borrows elements from it.
Without USM, I'd have MC2 and Spider-Girl...but I certaingly would'nt have been a Spider-Man fan anymore in a certain capacity. It's the only really good Spidey reboot amongst the flops Marvel have produced and it's Peter Parker is a true hero with a sense of morality and responsibility.

If the Ultimate line didn't exist Brian Michael Bendis would be writing Amazing Spider-Man right now and no one else and Mark Millar wouldn't be one of Marvel's top writers since The Ultimates made him a household name. Oh God! If that happened he would never have done all those wonderful stories; Marvel Knights Spider-Man, Civil War, Kick-Ass, Fantastic Four, Wolverine and 1985. Thank God the Ultimate line was created.

I think Bendis's deicison to focus 120 consecutive issues on Peter Parker's high school days was somewhat responsible for a similar approach being taken with Spectacular Spider-Man.
Beyond that, it's entirely a matter of speculation as to whether Bendis & Millar would have managed to become star writers, and whether Bagley would've been popular enough for DC to whisk him away for their latest weekly.
