Ok the batman rip story, is that a crossover story in other titles? Or is it self contained in just batman?

I dont read stories till I have the whole thing so I didnt know

I wasnt sure if it was like part in batman, part 2 in nightwing, part 3 in robin and so on or if the other titles were just like spinoffs on the main story.

It is self contained in the Batman title. The others tie in to the events which are depicted there.

Ok so basically the batman book itself morrison is writing has the whole story in it, the other issues are just how it effects those other characters right?

I just hate crossovers sometimes so wanted to make sure I didnt need nightwing, robin and the others also.

You nailed it. If you only read the main Batman title by Morrison, you'll get the full story. The other ancillary titles are just detailing how, whatever happens to Batman, affects them.
