the OX BND question

in brand new day the artist has him colored purple and black, isnt this the other OX that was back from the Spider Man book drawn by Romita this it was issue 95 ( i re read it the otehr day to my son) is this different then the one in Daredevil he seems stupid also

Yeah, BND has its own set of Enforcers. Which I don't like, because Ox was working well as a DD character. Brubaker should slip a cease and desist letter under someone's door.
