I know she has no powers but what are the specs on the power staff and the rest of her suit?

Read series, but only a quick first read, must re-read sometime. So don't take what I'm about to say as gospel. But here goes, until a more reliable witness turns up.

Power staff sees to be a bog standard Manhunter staff, capable of power blasts and powering flight. (Won't be surprised if it does more as series progresses.) Suit augments strength. Dylan Battles, of course, supplies extra kit as necessary... such as short range tele-porter.

I actually think its an open issue whether Kate is a meta or not, her background suggests she is. No obvious powers, but its at least a fair bet she has enhanced strength, agility, and healing at least, and again more may turn up as series progresses.

Yeah, Dr. Midnite seems to think Kate's a low level meta, stating she has really thick skin. I think her healing is a tad on the meta side as well.

And then there's Ramsey...

The Power Staff belonged to Mark Shaw, one of the Manhunters before Kate. Since she first got it, I'm sure it's been modified several times by Dylan.
Her suit is a Darkstar suit. If you're not familiar with the Darkstars, they were an intergalactic police force, somewhat like the Green Lantern Corps. It provides some protection and maybe a bit of enhanced strength. She's got all sorts of other stuff wired into to block mental attacks and various things like that.
Her gauntlets belonged to the Jean-Paul Valley Batman.
I think that's most of her outfit.
